Prophet Muhammad was asked the following questions:
When Prophet Muhammad invited the Israelites, Christians, and idolatrous Arabs who believed in the religion of Prophet Ibrahim, he received questions and revelations in response to these questions. The questions and the corresponding verse numbers are as follows:
Be Jews or Christians, and you will be guided
The Cow135. And they say, “Be Jews or Christians, and you will be guided.” Say, “Rather, the religion of Abraham, the Monotheist; he was not an idolater.”
The Cow136. Say, “We believe in God; and in what was revealed to us; and in what was revealed to Abraham, and Ishmael, and Isaac, and Jacob, and the Patriarchs; and in what was given to Moses and Jesus; and in what was given to the prophets—from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and to Him we surrender.”
The Cow137. If they believe in the same as you have believed in, then they have been guided. But if they turn away, then they are in schism. God will protect you against them; for He is the Hearer, the Knower.
The Cow138. God’s coloring. And who gives better coloring than God? “And we are devoted to Him.”
The Cow139. Say, “Do you argue with us about God, when He is our Lord and your Lord, and We have our works, and you have your works, and we are sincere to Him?”
The Cow140. Or do you say that Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and the Patriarchs were Jews or Christians? Say, “Do you know better, or God?” And who does greater wrong than he who conceals a testimony he has from God? God is not unaware of what you do.
Religion of Abraham
The Cow122. O Children of Israel! Remember My blessing which I bestowed upon you, and that I have favored you over all people.
The Cow123. And beware of a Day when no soul will avail another soul in any way, and no ransom will be accepted from it, and no intercession will benefit it, and they will not be helped.
The Cow124. And when his Lord tested Abraham with certain words, and he fulfilled them. He said, “I am making you a leader of humanity.” He said, “And my descendants?” He said, “My pledge does not include the wrongdoers.”
The Cow125. And We made the House a focal point for the people, and a sanctuary. Use the shrine of Abraham as a place of prayer. And We commissioned Abraham and Ishmael, “Sanctify My House for those who circle around it, and those who seclude themselves in it, and those who kneel and prostrate.”
The Cow126. When Abraham said, “O My Lord, make this a peaceful land, and provide its people with fruits—whoever of them believes in God and the Last Day.” He said, “And whoever disbelieves, I will give him a little enjoyment, then I will consign him to the punishment of the Fire; how miserable the destiny!”
The Cow127. As Abraham raises the foundations of the House, together with Ishmael, “Our Lord, accept it from us, You are the Hearer, the Knower.
The Cow128. Our Lord, and make us submissive to You, and from our descendants a community submissive to You. And show us our rites, and accept our repentance. You are the Acceptor of Repentance, the Merciful.
The Cow129. Our Lord, and raise up among them a messenger, of themselves, who will recite to them Your revelations, and teach them the Book and wisdom, and purify them. You are the Almighty, the Wise.”
The Cow130. Who would forsake the religion of Abraham, except he who fools himself? We chose him in this world, and in the Hereafter he will be among the righteous.
The Cow131. When his Lord said to him, “Submit!” He said, “I have submitted to the Lord of the Worlds.”
The Cow132. And Abraham exhorted his sons, and Jacob, “O my sons, God has chosen this religion for you, so do not die unless you have submitted.”
The Cow133. Or were you witnesses when death approached Jacob, and he said to his sons, “What will you worship after Me?” They said, “We will worship your God, and the God of your fathers, Abraham, Ishmael, and Isaac; One God; and to Him we submit.”
Was Abraham Jew or a Christian?
The Family of Amran65. O People of the Book! Why do you argue about Abraham, when the Torah and the Gospel were not revealed until after him? Will you not reason?
The Family of Amran66. Here you are—you argue about things you know, but why do you argue about things you do not know? God knows, and you do not know.
The Family of Amran67. Abraham was neither a Jew nor a Christian, but he was a Monotheist, a Muslim. And he was not of the Polytheists.
The Family of Amran68. The people most deserving of Abraham are those who followed him, and this prophet, and those who believe. God is the Guardian of the believers.
The Family of Amran69. A party of the People of the Book would love to lead you astray, but they only lead themselves astray, and they do not realize it.
The Family of Amran70. O People of the Book! Why do you reject the revelations of God, even as you witness?
The Family of Amran71. O People of the Book! Why do you confound the truth with falsehood, and knowingly conceal the truth?
Or do you say that Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and the Patriarchs were Jews or Christians? Say, “Do you know better, or God?” And who does greater wrong than he who conceals a testimony he has from God? God is not unaware of what you do.(The Cow 140 )
Why does he not bring us a miracle
Ta Ha133. And they say, “Why does he not bring us a miracle from his Lord?” Were they not given enough miracles in the former scriptures?
The Thunder33. Is He who is watchful over the deeds of every soul? Yet they ascribe associates to God. Say, “Name them! Or are you informing Him of something on earth He does not know, or is it a show of words?” In fact, the scheming of those who disbelieve is made to appear good to them, and they are averted from the path. Whomever God misguides has no guide.
The Thunder34. There is for them torment in the worldly life, but the torment of the Hereafter is harsher. And they have no defender against God.
The Thunder35. The likeness of the Garden promised to the righteous: rivers flowing beneath it; its food is perpetual, and so is its shade. Such is the sequel for those who guard against evil, but the sequel of the disbelievers is the Fire.
The Thunder36. Those to whom We gave the Scripture rejoice in what was revealed to you, while some factions reject parts of it. Say, “I am commanded to worship God, and to never associate anything with Him. To Him I invite, and to Him is my return.”
The Elevated Places203. If you do not produce a miracle for them, they say, “Why don’t you improvise one.” Say, “I only follow what is inspired to me from my Lord.” These are insights from your Lord, and guidance, and mercy, for a people who believe.
The Elevated Places204. When the Quran is recited, listen to it, and pay attention, so that you may experience mercy.
The Elevated Places205. And remember your Lord within yourself, humbly and fearfully, and quietly, in the morning and the evening, and do not be of the neglectful.
The Elevated Places206. Those who are in the presence of your Lord are not too proud to worship Him. They recite His praises, and to Him they bow down.
The Spider50. And they said, “If only a miracle from his Lord was sent down to him.” Say, “Miracles are only with God, and I am only a clear warner.”
The Spider51. Does it not suffice them that We revealed to you the Scripture, which is recited to them? In that is mercy and a reminder for people who believe.
The Spider52. Say, “God suffices as witness between you and me. He knows everything in the heavens and the Earth. Those who believe in vanity and reject God—it is they who are the losers.”
The Cow118. Those who do not know say, “If only God would speak to us, or a sign would come to us.” Thus said those who were before them. Their hearts are alike. We have made the signs clear for people who are certain.
The Cow121. Those to whom We have given the Scripture follow it, as it ought to be followed—these believe in it. But as for those who reject it—these are the losers.
The Cow122. O Children of Israel! Remember My blessing which I bestowed upon you, and that I have favored you over all people.
The Cow123. And beware of a Day when no soul will avail another soul in any way, and no ransom will be accepted from it, and no intercession will benefit it, and they will not be helped.
The Cattle37. And they say, “If only a sign could come down to him from his Lord.” Say, “God is Able to send down a sign, but most of them do not know.”
The Cattle38. There is no animal on land, nor a bird flying with its wings, but are communities like you. We neglected nothing in the Scripture. Then to their Lord they will be gathered.
The Cattle39. Those who reject Our revelations are deaf and dumb, in total darkness. Whomever God wills, He leaves astray; and whomever He wills, He sets on a straight path.
The Cattle40. Say, “Have you considered? if God's punishment came upon you, or the Hour overtook you, would you call upon any other than God, if you are sincere?”
The Cattle41. In fact, it is Him you will call upon; and if He wills, he will remove what you called Him for, and you will forget what you idolized.
The Cattle42. We sent messengers to communities before you, and We afflicted them with suffering and hardship, that they may humble themselves.
The Cattle43. If only, when Our calamity came upon them, they humbled themselves. But their hearts hardened, and Satan made their deeds appear good to them.
The Cattle44. Then, when they disregarded what they were reminded of, We opened for them the gates of all things. Until, when they delighted in what they were given, We seized them suddenly; and at once, they were in despair.
The Cattle45. Thus the last remnant of the people who did wrong was cut off. And praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds.
The Cattle46. Say, “Have you considered? If God took away your hearing and your sight, and set a seal on your hearts, what god other than God would restore them to you?” Note how We explain the revelations in various ways, yet they still turn away.
The Cattle47. Say, “Have you considered? if God's punishment descended on you suddenly or gradually, would any be destroyed except the wrongdoing people?”
The Cattle48. We sent the messengers only as bearers of good news and as warners. Those who believe and reform have nothing to fear, nor shall they grieve.
The Cattle49. But as for those who reject Our revelations, torment will afflict them because of their defiance.
The Cattle50. Say, “I do not say to you that I possess the treasuries of God, nor do I know the future, nor do I say to you that I am an angel. I only follow what is inspired to me.” Say, “Are the blind and the seeing alike? Do you not think?”
The Cattle51. And warn with it those who fear to be gathered before their Lord—they have no protector or intercessor apart from Him—perhaps they will grow in piety.
The Cattle52. And do not drive away those who call upon their Lord, morning and evening, seeking His attention. You are not accountable for them in any way, nor are they accountable for you in any way. If you drive them away, you would be one of the unjust.
The Cattle53. Thus We try some of them by means of others, that they may say, “Are these the ones whom God has favored from among us?” Is God not aware of the appreciative?
The Cattle54. When those who believe in Our revelations come to you, say, “Peace be upon you, your Lord has prescribed mercy for Himself. Whoever among you does wrong out of ignorance, and then repents afterwards and reforms—He is Forgiving and Merciful.”
The Cattle55. Thus We explain the revelations, and expose the path of the unrighteous.
The Cattle56. Say, “I am forbidden from worshiping those you pray to besides God.” Say, “I will not follow your desires; else I would be lost and not be of those guided.”
The Cattle57. Say, “I stand on clear evidence from my Lord, and you have rejected Him. I do not possess what you seek me to hasten; the decision belongs solely to God. He states the truth, and He is the Best of Judges.”
The Cattle58. Say, “If I possessed what you seek me to hasten, the matter between you and me would have been settled. God is well aware of the unjust.”
The Cattle59. With Him are the keys of the unseen; none knows them except He. And He knows everything on land and in the sea. Not a leaf falls but He knows it; and there is not a single grain in the darkness of earth, nor is there anything wet or dry, but is in a clear record.
The Cattle60. It is He Who takes you by night, and He knows what you earn by day. Then He raises you up in it, until a fixed term is fulfilled. Then to Him is your return, then He will inform you of what you used to do.
The Cattle61. He is the Conqueror over His servants, and He sends guardians over you, until, when death overtakes one of you, Our envoys take him away, and they never fail.
The Cattle62. Then they are brought back to God, their True Master. Unquestionably, His is the judgment, and He is the Swiftest of reckoners.
The Cattle63. Say, “Who delivers you from the darkness of land and sea?” You call upon Him humbly and inwardly: “If He delivers us from this, We will surely be among the thankful.”
The Cattle64. Say, “It is God who delivers you from it, and from every disaster. Yet then you associate others with Him.”
The Cattle65. Say, “He is Able to send upon you an affliction, from above you, or from under your feet. Or He can divide you into factions, and make you taste the violence of one another. Note how We explain the revelations, so that they may understand.”
The Cattle66. But your people rejected it, though it is the truth. Say, “I am not responsible for you.”
The Cattle67. For every happening is a finality, and you will surely know.
The Cattle68. When you encounter those who gossip about Our revelations, turn away from them, until they engage in another topic. But should Satan make you forget, do not sit after the recollection with the wicked people.
The Cattle69. The righteous are in no way accountable for them; it is only a reminder, that they may be careful.
The Cattle70. So leave alone those who take their religion for play and pastime, and whom the worldly life has deceived. But remind with it, lest a soul becomes damned on account of what it has earned. It has no helper or intercessor besides God. Even if it offers every equivalent, none will be accepted from it. These are the ones who are delivered to perdition by their actions. They will have a drink of scalding water, and a painful punishment, because they used to disbelieve.
The Cattle71. Say, “Shall we invoke besides God something that can neither benefit us nor harm us, and turn back on our heels after God has guided us; like someone seduced by the devils and confused on earth, who has friends calling him to guidance: 'Come to us'?” Say, “The guidance of God is the guidance, and we are commanded to surrender to the Lord of the Universe.”
The Cattle72. “And to perform the prayers, and to revere Him; it is to Him that you will be gathered.”
The Cattle73. It is He who created the heavens and the earth in truth. On the Day when He says: “Be,” it will be. His saying is the truth, and His is the sovereignty on the Day when the trumpet is blown. The Knower of secrets and declarations. He is the Wise, the Expert.
The Cattle74. Abraham said to his father Azar, “Do you take idols for gods? I see that you and your people are in evident error.”
The Cattle75. Thus We showed Abraham the empire of the heavens and the earth, that he might be one of those with certainty.
The Cattle76. When the night fell over him, he saw a planet. He said, “This is my lord.” But when it set, he said, “I do not love those that set.”
The Cattle77. Then, when he saw the moon rising, he said, “This is my lord.” But when it set, he said, “If my Lord does not guide me, I will be one of the erring people.”
The Cattle78. Then, when he saw the sun rising, he said, “This is my lord, this is bigger.” But when it set, he said, “O my people, I am innocent of your idolatry.
The Cattle79. I have directed my attention towards Him Who created the heavens and the earth—a monotheist—and I am not of the idolaters.”
The Cattle80. And his people argued with him. He said, “Do you argue with me about God, when He has guided me? I do not fear what you associate with Him, unless my Lord wills it. My Lord comprehends all things in knowledge. Will you not reconsider?
The Cattle81. And why should I fear those you associate with Him, and you do not fear associating others with God for which He sent down to you no authority? Which side is more entitled to security, if you are aware?”
The Cattle82. Those who believe, and do not obscure their faith with wrongdoing—those will have security, and they are guided.
The Cattle83. That was Our argument which We gave to Abraham against his people. We elevate by degrees whomever We will. Your Lord is Wise and Informed.
The Cattle84. And We gave him Isaac and Jacob—each of them We guided. And We guided Noah previously; and from his descendants David, and Solomon, and Job, and Joseph, and Moses, and Aaron. Thus We reward the righteous.
The Cattle85. And Zechariah, and John, and Jesus, and Elias—every one of them was of the upright.
The Cattle86. And Ishmael, and Elijah, and Jonah, and Lot—We favored each one of them over all other people.
The Cattle87. And of their ancestors, and their descendants, and their siblings—We chose them, and guided them to a straight path.
The Cattle88. Such is God’s guidance. He guides with it whomever He wills of His servants. Had they associated, their deeds would have gone in vain.
The Cattle89. Those are they to whom We gave the Book, and wisdom, and prophethood. If these reject them, We have entrusted them to others who do not reject them.
The Cattle90. Those are they whom God has guided, so follow their guidance. Say, “I ask of you no compensation for it; it is just a reminder for all mankind.”
The People of the Scripture challenge you to bring down to them a book from the sky.
The Women153. The People of the Scripture challenge you to bring down to them a book from the sky. They had asked Moses for something even greater. They said, “Show us God plainly.” The thunderbolt struck them for their wickedness. Then they took the calf for worship, even after the clear proofs had come to them. Yet We pardoned that, and We gave Moses a clear authority.
The Women154. And We raised the Mount above them in accordance with their covenant, and We said to them, “Enter the gate humbly”, and We said to them, “Do not violate the Sabbath”, and We received from them a solemn pledge.
The Women155. But for their violation of their covenant, and their denial of God’s revelations, and their killing of the prophets unjustly, and their saying, “Our minds are closed.” In fact, God has sealed them for their disbelief, so they do not believe, except for a few.
The Women156. And for their faithlessness, and their saying against Mary a monstrous slander.
The Women157. And for their saying, “We have killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the Messenger of God.” In fact, they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him, but it appeared to them as if they did. Indeed, those who differ about him are in doubt about it. They have no knowledge of it, except the following of assumptions. Certainly, they did not kill him.
The Women158. Rather, God raised him up to Himself. God is Mighty and Wise.
The Women159. There is none from the People of the Scripture but will believe in him before his death, and on the Day of Resurrection he will be a witness against them.
The Cattle7. Had We sent down upon you a book on paper, and they had touched it with their hands, those who disbelieve would have said, “This is nothing but plain magic.”
Why was an angel not sent down
The Cattle8. And they say, “Why was an angel not sent down to him.” Had We sent down an angel, the matter would have been settled, and they would not have been reprieved.
The Cattle9. Had We made him an angel, We would have made him a man, and confused them when they are already confused.
Hud12. Perhaps you wish to disregard some of what is revealed to you, and you may be stressed because of it, since they say, “If only a treasure was sent down to him, or an angel came with him.” You are only a warner, and God is Responsible for all things.
Hud13. Or do they say, “He invented it?” Say, “Then produce ten chapters like it, invented, and call upon whomever you can, besides God, if you are truthful.”
Hud14. But if they fail to answer you, know that it was revealed with God’s knowledge, and that there is no god but He. Will you then submit?
they said, “O you who received the message, you are insane.
The Rock6. And they said, “O you who received the message, you are insane.”
The Rock7. Why do you not bring us the angels, if you are truthful?”
The Rock8. We do not send the angels down except with reason, and they will not be held back.
The Rock9. Surely We revealed the Message, and We will surely preserve it.
The Rock10. We sent others before you, to the former communities.
The Rock11. But no messenger came to them, but they ridiculed him.
The Rock12. Thus We slip it into the hearts of the guilty.
The Rock13. They do not believe in it, though the ways of the ancients have passed away.
The Rock14. Even if We opened for them a gateway into the sky, and they began to ascend through it.
The Rock15. They would still say, “Our eyes are hallucinating; in fact, we are people bewitched.”
The Rock16. We placed constellations in the sky, and made them beautiful to the beholders.
The Rock17. And We guarded them from every outcast devil.
The Rock18. Except one who steals a hearing, and is followed by a visible projectile.
The Rock19. We spread the earth, and placed stabilizers in it, and in it We grew all things in proper measure.
The Rock20. And in it We created livelihoods for you, and for those for whom you are not the providers.
The Rock21. There is not a thing but with Us are its stores, and We send it down only in precise measure.
The Rock22. We send the fertilizing winds; and send down water from the sky, and give it to you to drink, and you are not the ones who store it.
The Rock23. It is We who give life and cause death, and We are the Inheritors.
The Rock24. And We know those of you who go forward, and We know those who lag behind.
The Rock25. It is your Lord who will gather them together. He is the Wise, the Knowing.
The Rock26. We created the human being from clay, from molded mud.
The Rock27. And the jinn We created before, from piercing fire.
The Rock28. Your Lord said to the angels, “I am creating a human being from clay, from molded mud.”
The Rock29. “When I have formed him, and breathed into him of My spirit, fall down prostrating before him.”
The Rock30. So the angels prostrated themselves, all together.
The Rock31. Except for Satan. He refused to be among those who prostrated themselves.
The Rock32. He said, “O Satan, what kept you from being among those who prostrated themselves?”
The Rock33. He said, “I am not about to prostrate myself before a human being, whom You created from clay, from molded mud.”
The Rock34. He said, “Then get out of here, for you are an outcast”.
The Rock35. “And the curse will be upon you until the Day of Judgment.”
The Rock36. He said, “My Lord, reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected.”
The Rock37. He said, “You are of those reprieved.”
The Rock38. “Until the Day of the time appointed.”
The Rock39. He said, “My Lord, since You have lured me away, I will glamorize for them on earth, and I will lure them all away.”
The Rock40. “Except for Your sincere servants among them.”
The Rock41. He said, “This is a right way with Me.”
The Rock42. “Over My servants you have no authority, except for the sinners who follow you.”
The Rock43. And Hell is the meeting-place for them all.
The Rock44. “It has seven doors; for each door is an assigned class.”
The Rock45. But the righteous will be in gardens with springs.
The Rock46. “Enter it in peace and security.”
The Rock47. And We will remove all ill-feelings from their hearts—brothers and sisters, on couches facing one another.
The Rock48. No fatigue will ever touch them therein, nor will they be asked to leave it.
The Rock49. Inform My servants that I am the Forgiver, the Merciful.
The Rock50. And that My punishment is the painful punishment.
The Rock51. And inform them of the guests of Abraham.
Myths of the ancients
They disbelieve those who say, “God is the Christ, the son of Mary.” Say, “Who can prevent God, if He willed, from annihilating the Christ son of Mary, and his mother, and everyone on earth?” To God belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth and what is between them. He creates whatever He wills, and God has power over everything.(The Cattle 25 )
And when Our revelations are recited to them, they say, “We have heard. Had we wanted, we could have said the like of this; these are nothing but myths of the ancients.”(Voluntary Gifts 25 )
And when it is said to them, “What has your Lord sent down?” They say, “Legends of the ancients.”( The Bee 24 )
So let them carry their loads complete on the Day of Resurrection, and some of the loads of those they misguided without knowledge. Evil is what they carry.( The Bee 25 )
We were promised this before—we and our ancestors—these are nothing but legends of the ancients.”( The Believers 83 )
Say, “To whom does the earth belong, and everyone in it, if you happen to know?”( The Believers 84 )
Those who disbelieve say, “This is nothing but a lie that he made up, and others have helped him at it.” They have committed an injustice and a perjury.( The Discrimination 4 )
And they say, “Tales of the ancients; he wrote them down; they are dictated to him morning and evening.”( The Discrimination 5 )
Say, “It was revealed by He who knows the Secret in the heavens and the earth. He is always Forgiving and Merciful.”( The Discrimination 6 )
And they say, “What sort of messenger is this, who eats food, and walks in the marketplaces? If only an angel was sent down with him, to be alongside him a warner.”( The Discrimination 7 )
Or, “If only a treasure was dropped on him.” Or, “If only he had a garden from which he eats.” The evildoers also say, “You are following but a man under spell.”( The Discrimination 8 )
Look how they invent examples for you. They have gone astray, and cannot find a way.( The Discrimination 9 )
We were promised this before—we and our ancestors—these are nothing but legends of the ancients.”( The Believers 83 )
Say, “To whom does the earth belong, and everyone in it, if you happen to know?”( The Believers 84 )
We were promised that before, we and our ancestors—these are nothing but legends of the ancients.”( The Ant 68 )
Say, travel through the earth, and observe the fate of the guilty.”( The Ant 69 )
As for him who says to his parents, “Enough of you! Are you promising me that I will be raised up, when generations have passed away before me?” While they cry for God’s help, “Woe to you! Believe! The promise of God is true!” But he says, “These are nothing but tales of the ancients.”( The Sandhills 17 )
Those are they upon whom the sentence is justified, among the communities that have passed away before them, of jinn and humans. They are truly losers.( The Sandhills 18 )
When Our Verses are recited to him, he says, “Myths of the ancients!”( The Pen 15 )
We will brand him on the muzzle.( The Pen 16 )
When Our revelations are recited to him, he says, “Legends of the ancients.”( Default in Duty 13 )
Not at all. Their hearts have become corroded by what they used to earn.( Default in Duty 14 )
Not at all. On that Day, they will be screened from their Lord.( Default in Duty 15 )
Then they will roast in Hell.( Default in Duty 16 )
Then it will be said, “This is what you used to deny.”( Default in Duty 17 )
No indeed; the record of the righteous is in Elliyyeen.( Default in Duty 18 )
Why do you not bring us the angels
And they said, “O you who received the message, you are insane.”(The Rock 6 )
Why do you not bring us the angels, if you are truthful?”.(The Rock 7 )
We do not send the angels down except with reason, and they will not be held back.(The Rock 8 )
Surely We revealed the Message, and We will surely preserve it.(The Rock 9 )
We sent others before you, to the former communities.(The Rock 10 )

Allah hiçbir insana hiçbir şey indirmedi” dediler
En'am ﴾91﴿ Onlar Allah’ı gereği gibi takdir edip tanımadılar. Nitekim “Allah hiçbir insana hiçbir şey indirmedi” dediler. De ki: “Öyleyse Mûsâ’nın insanlara bir nur ve hidayet olarak getirdiği kitabı kim indirdi?” Siz onu kâğıtlara yazıp (istediğinizi) açıklıyor, çoğunu da gizliyorsunuz. Sizin de, atalarınızın da bilemediğiniz şeyler (Kur’an’da) size öğretilmiştir. (Resulüm!) Sen “Allah” de, sonra onları bırak, daldıkları bataklıkta oyalanadursunlar!

Nahl﴾103﴿ Hiç kuşkusuz, “Kesin olarak bunları ona bir insan öğretiyor” dediklerini biliyoruz. Oysa ona öğretiyor dedikleri kişinin dili yabancıdır, bunun dili ise açık seçik Arapça’dır.
Sebt gününün gözetilmesi
Nahl﴾124﴿ Sebt gününün gözetilmesi sadece onun hakkında görüş ayrılığına düşenlere gerekli kılınmıştı. Rabbin kıyamet gününde, ayrılığa düştükleri meseleyle ilgili olarak onların arasında hükmünü verecektir.
Nahl﴾125﴿ Rabbinin yoluna hikmetle ve güzel öğütle davet et; onlarla en güzel yöntemle tartış. Kuşkusuz senin rabbin, yolundan sapanların kim olduğunu en iyi bilendir; O, doğru yolda bulunanları da çok iyi bilir.

Onlar, cumartesi tatili yaptıkları gün, avlayacakları balıklar sürüler halinde suyun yüzüne çıkarak onlara doğru gelirken, tatil yapmadıkları günde ortalığa çıkmıyorlar diye cumartesi yasaklarını çiğniyorlardı. Yoldan çıkmaları sebebiyle onları işte böyle sınıyorduk.
A'râf﴾164﴿ İçlerinden bir topluluk, “Allah’ın helâk edeceği yahut şiddetli bir azapla cezalandıracağı kimselere ne diye öğüt veriyorsunuz sanki!” deyince onlar, “Rabbiniz katında bir mazeretimiz olsun diye; bir de sakınıp çekinirler ümidiyle” şeklinde cevap verdiler.
A'râf﴾165﴿ İşte böylece onlar kendilerine yapılan uyarıları göz ardı edince biz de kötülüğü önlemeye çalışanları kurtardık, haksızlığa sapanları da yapmakta oldukları kötülüklerden ötürü dehşetli bir azap ile cezalandırdık.
A'râf﴾166﴿ Kendilerine yasak edilen şeyler karşısında küstahça diretince onlara, “Aşağılık maymunlar olun!” dedik.

Üstelik onlar kitaptakini de okuyup öğrenmişlerdi. Doğrusu âhiret yurdu sakınanlar için daha hayırlıdır. Hâlâ aklınızı kullanmayacak mısınız?

Bakara﴾68﴿“Bizim adımıza rabbine dua et de onun nasıl olduğunu bize açıklasın” dediler. Mûsâ dedi ki: “Allah şöyle buyuruyor: ‘O, yaşlı da değil düve de değil; ikisinin arası bir inek olacak.’ Haydi, size emredileni yapın.”
Bakara﴾69﴿“Bizim için rabbine dua et de renginin nasıl olacağını bize açıklasın” dediler. Mûsâ, “O buyuruyor ki: Rengi parlak sarı, bakanların içini açan bir inek olacak” dedi.

Bakara﴾71﴿Mûsâ, “Rabbim şöyle buyuruyor, dedi: O, henüz boyunduruk altına alınıp yer sürmemiş, ekin sulamamış, serbest dolaşan ve alacası bulunmayan bir inektir.” “İşte şimdi doğrusunu anlattın” dediler ve ineği (bulup) kestiler, ama az daha (bunu) yapmayacaklardı.
Bakara﴾72﴿ Hani siz bir adam öldürmüştünüz de bu hususta birbirinize düşmüştünüz. Hâlbuki Allah sakladığınızı ortaya çıkaracaktı.
Bakara﴾73﴿Sonra “(kesilen ineğin) bir parçasıyla ölüye vurun” dedik. Böylece Allah ölüleri diriltir ve düşünesiniz diye size âyetlerini gösterir.

A'râf﴾128﴿ Mûsâ kavmine dedi ki: “Allah’tan yardım isteyin ve sabredin. Şüphesiz ki yeryüzü Allah’ındır. O, kullarından dilediğini oraya hâkim kılar; (güzel) sonuç, takvâ sahiplerinindir.”
A'râf﴾129﴿ Onlar da, “Sen bize gelmeden önce de geldikten sonra da bize işkence edildi” dediler. Mûsâ, “Umulur ki rabbiniz düşmanınızı helâk eder ve nasıl hareket edeceğinizi görmesi için onların yerine sizi yeryüzüne hâkim kılar” dedi.
A'râf﴾130﴿ Andolsun ki biz de Firavun’a uyanları, ders alsınlar diye kuraklık yılları ve ürün kıtlığı ile cezalandırdık.
A'râf﴾131﴿ Onlara bir iyilik (bolluk, bereket) gelince “Bu bizim hakkımızdır” derler, eğer başlarına bir felâket gelirse bunu Mûsâ ve onunla beraber olanların uğursuzluğuna bağlarlardı. Bilesiniz ki başlarına gelenler Allah katındandır; fakat onların çoğu bunu bilmez.
A'râf﴾132﴿ Ve dediler ki: “Bizi büyülemek için ne işaret getirirsen getir, biz sana inanacak değiliz.”

Sabırlarına karşılık rabbinin İsrâiloğulları’na verdiği güzel söz yerine geldi. Firavun ve kavminin yapıp yükselttikleri binaları yerle bir ettik.
A'râf﴾138﴿ İsrâiloğulları’nı denizden geçirdik; derken kendilerine mahsus birtakım putlara tapan bir kavimle karşılaştılar. Bunun üzerine, “Ey Mûsâ! Onlara ait tanrılar gibi, sen de bizim için bir tanrı yap” dediler. Mûsâ dedi ki: “Gerçekten siz cahil bir toplumsunuz!”
A'râf﴾139﴿ “Şüphesiz onların düzeni yıkılmaya mahkûmdur; yapmakta oldukları da boşa gidecektir.”
A'râf﴾140﴿ Mûsâ, “Size Allah’tan başka bir tanrı arayayım öyle mi! Halbuki O sizi diğer toplumlara üstün kılmıştı” dedi.
A'râf﴾141﴿ Hani Firavun’un adamlarından sizi kurtarmıştık. Onlar sizlere işkencenin en kötüsünü yapıyorlardı; oğullarınızı öldürüyorlar, kızlarınızı sağ bırakıyorlardı. İşte bunda rabbinizden büyük bir imtihan vardır.
A'râf﴾142﴿ Mûsâ ile otuz gece (için) sözleştik ve buna on gece daha ekledik; böylece rabbinin tayin ettiği vakit kırk geceyi buldu. Mûsâ kardeşi Hârûn’a dedi ki: “Kavmimin içinde benim yerime geç, onları ıslah et, bozguncuların yolunu izleme.”
A'râf﴾143﴿ Mûsâ, tayin ettiğimiz vakitte (Tûr’a) gelip de rabbi onunla konuştuğunda o, “Rabbim! Bana görün; sana bakayım” dedi. Rabbi, “Sen beni asla göremezsin. Fakat şu dağa bak; eğer o yerinde durabilirse sen de beni görebilirsin” buyurdu. Rabbi o dağa tecelli edince onu paramparça etti; Mûsâ da bayılıp düştü. Kendine gelince dedi ki: “Seni noksan sıfatlardan tenzih ederim, sana tövbe ettim; ben inananların ilkiyim.”
A'râf﴾144﴿ Allah, “Ey Mûsâ!” dedi, “Ben, mesajlarımı iletmek ve sözüme muhatap kılmak için insanlar arasından seni seçtim. Sana verdiğimi al ve şükredenlerden ol.”
A'râf﴾145﴿ Levhalarda Mûsâ için her konuya dair öğüdü ve her şey hakkında gerekli açıklamaları yazdık. (Ve dedik ki:) “Bunlara sımsıkı sarıl; kavmine de o en güzel öğüt ve açıklamalara sarılmalarını emret. Yakında size yoldan çıkmışların yurdunu göstereceğim.”
A'râf﴾146﴿ “Yeryüzünde haksız yere böbürlenenleri âyetlerimden mahrum edeceğim. Onlar, bütün mûcizeleri görseler de iman etmezler; doğruluk yolunu görseler onu izlemezler. Fakat eğrilik yolunu görürlerse hemen ona saparlar.” Bu durum, onların âyetlerimizi yalan saymalarından ve onlardan gafil olmalarından ileri gelmektedir.
A'râf﴾147﴿ Halbuki âyetlerimizi ve âhirete kavuşmayı asılsız sayanların amelleri boşa çıkmıştır. Onlar, sadece yapmakta olduklarından dolayı cezalandırılırlar.
A'râf﴾148﴿ (Tûr’a giden) Mûsâ ayrıldıktan sonra kavmi, ziynet eşyalarından, böğürebilen bir buzağı heykelini (tanrı) edindiler. Görmediler mi ki o, onlarla ne konuşuyor ne de onlara yol gösteriyor! Onu (tanrı olarak) benimsediler ve zulümde karar kıldılar.
A'râf﴾149﴿ Pişman olup kendilerinin gerçekten sapmış olduklarını anlayınca da dediler ki: “Eğer rabbimiz, bize acımaz ve bizi bağışlamazsa mutlaka ziyana uğrayanlardan olacağız!”
A'râf﴾150﴿ Mûsâ kızgın ve üzgün olarak kavmine dönünce, “Benden sonra arkamdan ne kötü işler yapmışsınız! Rabbinizin emrini (beklemeyip) acele mi ettiniz?” dedi. Tevrat levhalarını yere attı ve kardeşinin başını tutup kendine doğru çekmeye başladı. Hârûn, “Ey anam oğlu! Senin bu kavmin beni cidden zayıf gördüler; neredeyse beni öldüreceklerdi! Sen de şimdi düşmanları bana güldürme ve beni zalim kavimle bir tutma!” dedi.
A'râf﴾151﴿ Mûsâ, “Ey rabbim! Beni ve kardeşimi bağışla, bizi rahmetine garkeyle! Sen merhametlilerin en merhametlisisin” dedi.
A'râf﴾152﴿ (Allah buyurdu ki:) “Buzağıya tapanlar yok mu, işte onlara mutlaka rablerinden bir gazap ve dünya hayatında bir alçaklık erişecektir.” Biz iftiracıları böyle cezalandırırız.
A'râf﴾153﴿ Kötülükler yaptıktan sonra ardından tövbekâr olup da iman edenlere gelince, şüphesiz ki, o tövbe ve imandan sonra rabbin elbette bağışlayıcı ve esirgeyicidir.
A'râf﴾154﴿ Mûsâ’nın öfkesi yatışınca levhaları aldı. Onlardaki yazılarda, rablerinden korkanlar için hidayet ve rahmet (hükümleri) vardı.
A'râf﴾155﴿ Mûsâ tayin ettiğimiz vakitte buluşmak üzere kavminden yetmiş adam seçti. Onları o müthiş deprem yakalayınca Mûsâ dedi ki: “Ey rabbim! Dileseydin onları ve beni daha önce helâk ederdin. İçimizdeki beyinsizlerin işledikleri yüzünden bizi helâk edecek misin? Bu iş, senin imtihanından başka bir şey değildir; onunla dilediğini saptırır, dilediğini de doğru yola iletirsin. Sen bizim velîmizsin. Artık bizi bağışla ve bize acı! Sen bağışlayanların en iyisisin.
A'râf﴾156﴿ Bize bu dünyada da âhirette de iyilik yaz! Şüphesiz biz sana yöneldik.” Allah buyurdu ki: Azabıma dilediğimi uğratırım; rahmetim ise her şeyi kuşatmıştır; ayrıca rahmetimi Allah korkusu taşıyanlara, zekâtı verenlere ve âyetlerimize inananlara yazacağım.
A'râf﴾157﴿ Onlar, ellerindeki Tevrat’ta ve İncil’de yazılı buldukları o elçiye, o ümmî peygambere uyarlar. Peygamber onlara iyiliği emreder ve onları kötülükten meneder; yine onlara temiz şeyleri helâl, pis şeyleri haram kılar. Ağırlıklarını kaldırır, üzerlerindeki zincirleri çözer. O peygambere inanan, onu koruyup destekleyen, ona yardım eden ve onunla birlikte gönderilen nura uyanlar, işte bunlardır kurtuluşa erenler.
A'râf﴾158﴿ De ki: “Ey insanlar! Gerçekten ben göklerin ve yerin sahibi olan Allah’ın hepinize gönderdiği elçisiyim. O’ndan başka tanrı yoktur. O hayat verir ve öldürür. Öyleyse Allah’a ve ümmî peygamber olan resulüne -ki o Allah’a ve O’nun sözlerine inanır- iman edin ve ona uyun ki doğru yolu bulasınız.”

A'râf﴾145﴿ Levhalarda Mûsâ için her konuya dair öğüdü ve her şey hakkında gerekli açıklamaları yazdık. (Ve dedik ki:) “Bunlara sımsıkı sarıl; kavmine de o en güzel öğüt ve açıklamalara sarılmalarını emret. Yakında size yoldan çıkmışların yurdunu göstereceğim.”
A'râf﴾146﴿ “Yeryüzünde haksız yere böbürlenenleri âyetlerimden mahrum edeceğim. Onlar, bütün mûcizeleri görseler de iman etmezler; doğruluk yolunu görseler onu izlemezler. Fakat eğrilik yolunu görürlerse hemen ona saparlar.” Bu durum, onların âyetlerimizi yalan saymalarından ve onlardan gafil olmalarından ileri gelmektedir.
A'râf﴾147﴿ Halbuki âyetlerimizi ve âhirete kavuşmayı asılsız sayanların amelleri boşa çıkmıştır. Onlar, sadece yapmakta olduklarından dolayı cezalandırılırlar.
A'râf﴾148﴿ (Tûr’a giden) Mûsâ ayrıldıktan sonra kavmi, ziynet eşyalarından, böğürebilen bir buzağı heykelini (tanrı) edindiler. Görmediler mi ki o, onlarla ne konuşuyor ne de onlara yol gösteriyor! Onu (tanrı olarak) benimsediler ve zulümde karar kıldılar.
A'râf﴾149﴿ Pişman olup kendilerinin gerçekten sapmış olduklarını anlayınca da dediler ki: “Eğer rabbimiz, bize acımaz ve bizi bağışlamazsa mutlaka ziyana uğrayanlardan olacağız!”
A'râf﴾150﴿ Mûsâ kızgın ve üzgün olarak kavmine dönünce, “Benden sonra arkamdan ne kötü işler yapmışsınız! Rabbinizin emrini (beklemeyip) acele mi ettiniz?” dedi. Tevrat levhalarını yere attı ve kardeşinin başını tutup kendine doğru çekmeye başladı. Hârûn, “Ey anam oğlu! Senin bu kavmin beni cidden zayıf gördüler; neredeyse beni öldüreceklerdi! Sen de şimdi düşmanları bana güldürme ve beni zalim kavimle bir tutma!” dedi.
A'râf﴾151﴿ Mûsâ, “Ey rabbim! Beni ve kardeşimi bağışla, bizi rahmetine garkeyle! Sen merhametlilerin en merhametlisisin” dedi.
A'râf﴾152﴿ (Allah buyurdu ki:) “Buzağıya tapanlar yok mu, işte onlara mutlaka rablerinden bir gazap ve dünya hayatında bir alçaklık erişecektir.” Biz iftiracıları böyle cezalandırırız.
A'râf﴾153﴿ Kötülükler yaptıktan sonra ardından tövbekâr olup da iman edenlere gelince, şüphesiz ki, o tövbe ve imandan sonra rabbin elbette bağışlayıcı ve esirgeyicidir.
A'râf﴾154﴿ Mûsâ’nın öfkesi yatışınca levhaları aldı. Onlardaki yazılarda, rablerinden korkanlar için hidayet ve rahmet (hükümleri) vardı.
A'râf﴾155﴿ Mûsâ tayin ettiğimiz vakitte buluşmak üzere kavminden yetmiş adam seçti. Onları o müthiş deprem yakalayınca Mûsâ dedi ki: “Ey rabbim! Dileseydin onları ve beni daha önce helâk ederdin. İçimizdeki beyinsizlerin işledikleri yüzünden bizi helâk edecek misin? Bu iş, senin imtihanından başka bir şey değildir; onunla dilediğini saptırır, dilediğini de doğru yola iletirsin. Sen bizim velîmizsin. Artık bizi bağışla ve bize acı! Sen bağışlayanların en iyisisin.
A'râf﴾156﴿ Bize bu dünyada da âhirette de iyilik yaz! Şüphesiz biz sana yöneldik.” Allah buyurdu ki: Azabıma dilediğimi uğratırım; rahmetim ise her şeyi kuşatmıştır; ayrıca rahmetimi Allah korkusu taşıyanlara, zekâtı verenlere ve âyetlerimize inananlara yazacağım.
A'râf﴾157﴿ Onlar, ellerindeki Tevrat’ta ve İncil’de yazılı buldukları o elçiye, o ümmî peygambere uyarlar. Peygamber onlara iyiliği emreder ve onları kötülükten meneder; yine onlara temiz şeyleri helâl, pis şeyleri haram kılar. Ağırlıklarını kaldırır, üzerlerindeki zincirleri çözer. O peygambere inanan, onu koruyup destekleyen, ona yardım eden ve onunla birlikte gönderilen nura uyanlar, işte bunlardır kurtuluşa erenler.
A'râf﴾158﴿ De ki: “Ey insanlar! Gerçekten ben göklerin ve yerin sahibi olan Allah’ın hepinize gönderdiği elçisiyim. O’ndan başka tanrı yoktur. O hayat verir ve öldürür. Öyleyse Allah’a ve ümmî peygamber olan resulüne -ki o Allah’a ve O’nun sözlerine inanır- iman edin ve ona uyun ki doğru yolu bulasınız.”
Tâhâ﴾77﴿ Mûsâ’ya şöyle vahyetmiştik: “Kullarımı geceleyin yola çıkar, yetişecekler diye korku ve endişe duymaksızın onlara denizde kupkuru bir yol aç.”
Tâhâ﴾78﴿ Derken Firavun askerleriyle onların peşine düştü, ama deniz onları amansızca sarıverdi.
Tâhâ﴾79﴿ Firavun kavmini saptırmış, doğru yolu göstermemişti.
Tâhâ﴾80﴿ Ey İsrâiloğulları! Böylece sizi düşmanınızdan kurtardık ve Tûr’un sağ tarafında sizinle sözleştik; size kudret helvası ve bıldırcın gönderdik.
Tâhâ﴾81﴿ Size rızık olarak verdiğimiz iyi ve temiz şeylerden yiyin ama bunda ölçüyü aşmayın, yoksa gazabıma uğrarsınız; kim gazabıma uğrarsa artık uçuruma yuvarlanmış demektir.
Tâhâ﴾82﴿ Şu da bilinmeli ki, ben tövbe edip yürekten inanan ve iyi işler yapan, sonra da doğru yolda sebat eden kimselere karşı çok bağışlayıcıyım.
Tâhâ﴾83﴿ (Allah buyurdu ki:) “Seni halkından aceleyle ayrılmaya sevkeden neydi ey Mûsâ!”
Tâhâ﴾84﴿ Şöyle cevap verdi: “Onlar da benim izimdeler; benden hoşnut olasın diye sana gelmekte acele ettim ey rabbim.”
Tâhâ﴾85﴿ Allah, “Fakat” dedi, “Biz senden sonra kavmini sınadık ve Sâmirî onları yoldan çıkardı.”
Tâhâ﴾86﴿ Bunun üzerine Mûsâ öfkeli halde ve hayıflanarak kavmine döndü. Şöyle dedi: “Ey kavmim! Rabbiniz size güzel bir vaadde bulunmamış mıydı? Peki size bu süre çok mu uzun geldi, yoksa rabbinizin gazabına uğramak istediniz de onun için mi bana verdiğiniz sözden döndünüz!”
Tâhâ﴾87﴿ Şöyle cevap verdiler: “Sana verdiğimiz söze bilerek ve isteyerek aykırı davranmış değiliz; fakat şu kavmin (Mısır halkının) ziynet eşyalarından bir kısmını yüklenmiştik, onları (haram diye ateşe) attık; çünkü Sâmirî de aynı şekilde atmıştı.”
Tâhâ﴾88﴿ Derken onlara böğürebilen bir buzağı heykeli yaptı. (Ona uyanlar) “İşte bu sizin de tanrınız, Mûsâ’nın da tanrısıdır, fakat o bunu unuttu” dediler.
Tâhâ﴾89﴿ Peki görmüyorlar mıydı ki o (heykel) kendilerine bir sözle karşılık veremiyordu, onlara zarar veremediği gibi fayda da sağlayamıyordu!
Tâhâ﴾90﴿ Gerçek şu ki daha önce Hârûn onlara, “Ey kavmim! Siz bununla sınanmaktasınız; kuşkusuz sizin rabbiniz o rahmândır. O halde bana uyun ve emrime itaat edin” demişti.
Tâhâ﴾91﴿ Şöyle cevap verdiler: “Mûsâ yanımıza dönünceye kadar ona tapmaktan asla vazgeçmeyeceğiz.”
Tâhâ﴾92-93﴿ (Mûsâ dönünce) dedi ki: “Ey Hârûn! Onların saptıklarını gördüğünde beni izlemekten seni alıkoyan neydi? Yoksa emrime isyan mı ettin?”
Tâhâ﴾94﴿ O şöyle cevap verdi: “Ey anamın oğlu! Sakalımı saçımı çekme. Emin ol ki ben senin, ‘Sözüme riayet etmedin de İsrâiloğulları’nın arasına ayrılık soktun!’ diyeceğinden endişelenmiştim.”
Tâhâ﴾95﴿ Mûsâ sordu: “Peki senin zorun neydi ey Sâmirî?”
Tâhâ﴾96﴿ “Ben onların görmediklerini gördüm, bu yüzden elçinin izinden bir avuç avuçladım ve onu attım. Nefsim beni böyle yapmaya itti” diye cevap verdi.
Tâhâ﴾97﴿ (Mûsâ) şöyle dedi: “Haydi git! Artık hayatın boyunca sana düşen ‘Bana dokunmak yok!’ demekten ibarettir. Ve bil ki asla kaçıp kurtulamayacağın bir hesap günü de seni beklemektedir. Şimdi şu tapıp durmakta olduğun tanrına bir bak; biz onu iyice yakacağız, sonra da küllerini denize savuracağız!”
Tâhâ﴾98﴿ Sizin yegâne tanrınız o Allah’tır ki O’ndan başka ilâh yoktur. O ilmiyle her şeyi kuşatmıştır.
Tâhâ﴾99﴿ İşte böylece geçmiştekilerin haberlerinden bir kısmını sana anlatıyoruz. Kuşkusuz sana katımızdan bir zikir (Kur’an) verdik.
Tâhâ﴾100﴿ Kim ondan yüz çevirirse bilsin ki kıyamet günü ağır bir günah yüklenecektir.
Tâhâ﴾101﴿ Ebedî olarak o yükün altında kalacaklardır. Kıyamet günü bu onlar için ne kötü bir yüktür!
Tâhâ﴾102﴿ O gün sûra üfürülür ve günahkârları o gün gözleri göğermiş olarak toplarız.
Tâhâ﴾103﴿ “On günden fazla kalmadınız” diyerek aralarında fısıldaşırlar.
Tâhâ﴾104﴿ İçlerinden en aklı başında olanı, “Hayır, ancak bir gün kaldınız” der. Halbuki söyledikleri şeyi en iyi biz biliriz.
İsrâiloğulları’nı denizden geçirdik; derken kendilerine mahsus birtakım putlara tapan bir kavimle karşılaştılar.
Kehf﴾60﴿ Bir vakit Mûsâ genç adamına, “Ta iki denizin birleştiği yere varmadıkça yahut (bu yolda) senelerce yürümedikçe durup dinlenmeyeceğim” demişti.
Kehf﴾61﴿ Her ikisi, iki denizin birleştiği yere varınca balıklarını (yoklamayı) unuttular. Balık denizde yolunu tutup gitmişti.
Kehf﴾62﴿ Oradan uzaklaştıklarında Mûsâ genç adama, “Yiyeceğimizi getir. Gerçekten şu yolculuğumuz yüzünden yorgun düştük” dedi.
Kehf﴾63﴿ Genç, “Gördün mü, dedi, o kayanın yanında konakladığımız zaman balığı unuttum! Onu sana söylemeyi bana unutturan, şeytandan başkası değildir.” Balık, şaşılacak bir şekilde denizde yolunu tutup gitmişti.
Kehf﴾64﴿ Mûsâ, “İşte aradığımız bu idi” dedi. Hemen izleri üzerine geri döndüler.
Kehf﴾65﴿ Derken, kullarımızdan birini buldular ki ona katımızdan bir rahmet vermiş ve ona nezdimizden bir ilim öğretmiştik.
Kehf﴾66﴿ Mûsâ ona, “Senin öğrendiğin doğruya ulaştıran bilgiden bana da öğretmen için sana tâbi olayım mı?” dedi.
Kehf﴾67-68﴿ O kul, “Doğrusu sen benimle beraberliğe sabredemezsin, (iç yüzünü) kavrayamadığın bir şeye nasıl sabredersin?” dedi.

Kehf﴾69﴿ Mûsâ, “İnşallah sen beni sabreder bulacaksın. Senin sözünden dışarı çıkmam” dedi.
Kehf﴾70﴿ O da, “Eğer bana tâbi olursan, sana o konuda bilgi verinceye kadar hiçbir şey hakkında bana soru sorma!” diye tembih etti.
Kehf﴾71﴿ Bunun üzerine birlikte yürüdüler. Kıyıya ulaşıp gemiye bindikleri zaman o kul gemiyi deldi. Mûsâ, “İçindekileri boğmak için mi onu deldin? Gerçekten sen çok kötü bir iş yaptın!” dedi.
Kehf﴾73﴿ Mûsâ, “Unuttuğum şeyden dolayı beni paylama ve işimi çıkmaza sokma!” dedi.
Kehf﴾74﴿ Yine yola koyuldular. Nihayet bir gence rastladıklarında, o kul hemen onu öldürdü. Mûsâ dedi ki: “Mâsum bir insanı, bir cana karşılık olmaksızın katlettin ha! Gerçekten sen fena bir şey yaptın!”
Kehf﴾75﴿ O kul, “Sana, benimle beraber olmaya asla sabredemezsin dememiş miydim? dedi.
Kehf﴾76﴿ Mûsâ, “Eğer bundan sonra sana bir şey sorarsam artık bana arkadaşlık etme! Bu takdirde hakikaten benden yana mazeretin sonuna ulaşmış olursun” dedi.
Kehf﴾77﴿ Yine yürüdüler. Nihayet bir köy halkına varıp onlardan yiyecek istediler. Ancak köy halkı onları misafir etmekten kaçındı. Derken orada yıkılmak üzere bulunan bir duvarla karşılaştılar, o hemen onu doğrulttu. Mûsâ, “Dileseydin, elbet buna karşı bir ücret alırdın” dedi.
Kehf﴾78﴿ O cevap verdi: “İşte bu, beraberliğimizin sona ermesidir. Şimdi sana, sabredemediğin şeylerin iç yüzünü haber vereceğim” dedi.
Kehf﴾79﴿ “Gemi var ya, o, denizde çalışan yoksul kimselerindi. Onu delerek kusurlu hale getirmek istedim. (Çünkü) onların gideceği yerde her (sağlam) gemiyi gaspetmekte olan bir kral vardı.
Kehf﴾80﴿ Gence gelince, onun anne babası mümin kimselerdi; gencin onları sonunda azgınlık ve nankörlüğe düşürmesinden korktuk.
Kehf﴾81﴿ Böylece istedik ki, rableri onun yerine kendilerine ondan daha temiz ve daha merhametlisini versin.
Kehf﴾82﴿ Duvara gelince o, şehirde iki yetim çocuğun idi; altında da onlara ait bir define vardı; babaları ise iyi bir adamdı. Rabbin istedi ki, o iki çocuk güçlü çağlarına erişsinler ve rabbinden bir rahmet olarak definelerini çıkarsınlar. Ben bunları kendiliğimden yapmadım. İşte, hakkında sabredemediğin şeylerin iç yüzü budur.”
Sana Zülkarneyn hakkında soru soruyorlar.
Kehf﴾83﴿ Sana Zülkarneyn hakkında soru soruyorlar. De ki: “Size onunla ilgili bir parça okuyacağım.”
Kehf﴾84﴿ Gerçekten biz onu yeryüzünde iktidar sahibi kıldık, ona (muhtaç olduğu) her şey için bir yol öğrettik.
Kehf﴾85﴿ O da bir yol tutup gitti.
Kehf﴾86﴿ Nihayet güneşin battığı yere varınca, onu kara bir balçıkta batar (gibi) buldu. Orada bir kavme rastladı. Bunun üzerine biz, “Ey Zülkarneyn! Onları ya cezalandıracak veya haklarında iyi davranma yolunu seçeceksin” dedik.
Kehf﴾87﴿ O, şöyle dedi: “Haksızlık edeni cezalandıracağız; sonra o, rabbine gönderilecek; Allah da ona korkunç bir azap uygulayacak.
Kehf﴾88﴿ İman edip iyi şeyler yapan kimseye gelince, onun için de en güzel karşılık vardır. Ve ona işimizden kolay olanını buyuracağız.”
Kehf﴾89﴿ Sonra yine bir yol tutup gitti.
Kehf﴾90﴿ Nihayet güneşin doğduğu yere ulaşınca, onu öyle bir kavim üzerine doğar buldu ki, onlar için güneşe karşı bir örtü yapmamıştık.
Kehf﴾91﴿ İşte böyle oldu! Biz onunla ilgili her şeyi ayrıntısıyla biliyorduk.
Kehf﴾92﴿ Sonra yine bir yol tuttu.
Kehf﴾93﴿ Nihayet iki dağ arasına ulaştığında bunların ötesinde nerede ise hiçbir sözü anlamayan bir kavim buldu.
Kehf﴾94﴿ Dediler ki: “Ey Zülkarneyn! Bu memlekette Ye’cûc ve Me’cûc bozgunculuk yapmaktadırlar. Bizimle onlar arasında bir sed yapman için sana bir bedel ödesek kabul eder misin?”
Kehf﴾95﴿ Zülkarneyn şöyle cevap verdi: “Rabbimin beni içinde bulundurduğu nimet ve kudret sizinkinden üstündür. Siz bana kuvvetinizle destek olun da, sizinle onlar arasına aşılmaz bir engel yapayım.
Kehf﴾96﴿ Bana, demir kütleleri getirin.” Nihayet (vadiyi demirle doldurup) iki dağın arasını aynı seviyeye getirince, “Ateşi körükleyin!” dedi. Artık onu kor haline getirdiği vakit, “Getirin bana, üzerine bir miktar erimiş bakır dökeyim” dedi.
Kehf﴾97﴿ Artık onu ne aşabildiler ne de delebildiler.
Kehf﴾98﴿ Zülkarneyn, “Bu, rabbimden bir rahmettir. Fakat rabbimin vaadi gelince O, bunu yerle bir eder. Rabbimin vaadi haktır” dedi.
Kehf﴾99﴿ O gün (kıyamet günü) biz onları, birbirine çarparak çalkalanır bir halde bırakmışızdır; sûra da üfürülmüş, böylece onları bütünüyle bir araya getirmişizdir.
Kehf﴾100-101﴿ Ve (dünyada iken) gözleri beni hatırlatacak delillere kapalı bulunan, vahye kulak vermeye de tahammül edemez olan kâfirleri o gün cehennemle yüz yüze getirmişizdir.
Kehf﴾102﴿ O inkârcılar, beni bırakıp kullarımı yardımcı edineceklerini mi sandılar? Biz cehennemi inkârcılar için bir konak olarak hazırladık!
Kehf﴾103﴿ De ki: “Size, iş ve davranışları bakımından en çok ziyana uğrayanları bildirelim mi?
Kehf﴾104﴿ Onlar, iyi yaptıklarını sandıkları halde, dünya hayatında çabaları boşa giden kimselerdir.”
Kehf﴾105﴿ İşte onlar, rablerinin âyetlerini ve O’na kavuşmayı inkâr eden, bu yüzden amelleri boşa gitmiş olanlardır. Bu sebeple biz kıyamet gününde onların (dünyadaki) amellerine değer vermeyiz.
Kehf﴾106﴿ İnkâr etmeleri, âyetlerimi ve resullerimi alaya almaları sebebiyle işte onların cezası cehennemdir.
Kehf﴾107﴿ İman edip dünya ve âhiret için yararlı işler yapanlara gelince, onlar için de konak olarak firdevs cennetleri vardır.
Kehf﴾108﴿ Orada ebedî kalacaklardır. Oradan hiç ayrılmak istemezler.
Kehf﴾109﴿ De ki: “Rabbimin sözlerini yazmak için denizler mürekkep olsa, bir o kadar mürekkep ilâve etseydik dahi rabbimin sözleri bitmeden mutlaka deniz tükenirdi.”
Kehf﴾110﴿ De ki: “Ben, yalnızca sizin gibi bir insanım. Şu var ki bana, ilâhınızın, sadece bir ilâh olduğu vahyolunuyor. Artık her kim rabbine kavuşmayı bekliyorsa dünya ve âhirete yararlı iş yapsın ve rabbine ibadette hiçbir şeyi ortak koşmasın.”

Meryem﴾7﴿ Allah buyurdu ki: “Ey Zekeriyyâ! Biz sana Yahyâ adında bir oğul müjdeliyoruz. Bu adı daha önce kimseye vermedik.”
Meryem﴾8﴿ Zekeriyyâ, “Rabbim!” dedi. “Karım kısır olduğu, ben de ihtiyarlığın son sınırına vardığım halde, benim nasıl oğlum olabilir?”
Meryem﴾9﴿ “Orası öyle” dedi ve buyurdu ki rabbin: “O bana kolaydır; daha önce, sen hiçbir şey değilken seni de yaratmıştım.”
Meryem﴾10﴿ Zekeriyyâ, “Rabbim! Öyle ise bana bir işaret ver” dedi. Allah, “Sana işaret, tam üç gün insanlarla konuşamamandır” buyurdu.
Meryem﴾11﴿ Bunun üzerine Zekeriyyâ, mâbedden kavminin karşısına çıkarak onlara, özel bir işaret diliyle, “Sabah akşam Allah’ı tesbih edin” dedi.
Meryem﴾12﴿ “Ey Yahyâ! Kitaba var gücünle sarıl!” dedik ve ona henüz çocukken hikmeti verdik.
Meryem﴾13﴿ Ayrıca katımızdan ona şefkat ve ruh temizliği de (verdik). O, kötülükten çok sakınan biriydi.

Meryem﴾20﴿ Meryem, “Ben iffetsiz olmadığım ve bana bir erkek eli bile değmediği halde nasıl çocuğum olur?” dedi.
Meryem﴾21﴿ Melek cevap verdi: “Orası öyle; ancak rabbin buyurdu ki: O bana kolaydır. Biz, onu insanlara bir delil ve kendimizden bir rahmet kılacağız. Bu, kararlaştırılmış bir iştir.”
Meryem﴾22﴿ Derken Meryem ona hamile kaldı, işte bu sebeple karnında bebeği ile uzak bir yere çekildi.
Meryem﴾23﴿ Sonra doğum sancısı onu bir hurma ağacının dibine getirdi. Meryem, “Keşke bundan önce ölseydim de unutulup gitseydim!” dedi.
Meryem﴾24﴿ Aşağısından biri ona şöyle seslendi: “Tasalanma! Rabbin senin altında bir su kaynağı yaratmıştır.
Meryem﴾25﴿ (Şu) hurma ağacını da kendine doğru silkele ki, üzerine taze, olgun hurma dökülsün.
Meryem﴾26﴿ Ye iç, gözün aydın olsun! İnsanlardan birini görürsen de ki: Ben, çok esirgeyici olan Allah’a adakta bulundum; artık bugün hiçbir insanla konuşmayacağım.”
Meryem﴾27﴿ Sonra çocuğu kucağına alarak topluluğuna getirdi. Dediler ki: “Ey Meryem! Gerçekten sen çirkin bir şey yaptın!
Meryem﴾28﴿ Ey Hârûn’un kız kardeşi! Baban kötü bir adam, annen de iffetsiz değildi.”
Meryem﴾29﴿ Bunun üzerine Meryem çocuğu işaret etti. “Beşikteki bir çocukla nasıl konuşuruz?” dediler.
Meryem﴾30﴿ Cevabı çocuk verdi: “Ben Allah’ın kuluyum; O bana kitap verdi ve beni peygamber yaptı.
Meryem﴾31-32﴿ Nerede olursam olayım, o beni kutlu ve bereketli kıldı; yaşadığım sürece bana namazı, zekâtı ve anneme saygılı olmayı emretti; beni zorba ve isyankâr yapmadı.
Meryem﴾33﴿ Doğduğum gün, öleceğim gün ve yeniden hayata döndürüleceğim gün esenlik benimle olacaktır.”
Meryem﴾34﴿ İşte Meryem oğlu Îsâ bu; şüpheye düşüp tartıştıkları konuda gerçek söz de bu.
Meryem﴾35﴿ Allah’ın bir evlât edinmesi olacak şey değildir. O, bundan münezzehtir. Bir işe karar verdiği zaman ona sadece “ol!” der, hemen olur.
Meryem﴾36﴿ Îsâ şunu da söyledi: “Muhakkak ki Allah, benim de rabbim, sizin de rabbinizdir. O halde O’na kulluk edin, doğru yol budur.”
Meryem﴾37﴿ Sonra gruplar kendi aralarında ayrılığa düştüler. Büyük güne ulaşıldığında, vay o inkârcıların haline!
Meryem﴾38﴿ Onlar, bizim huzurumuza çıkacakları gün öyle bir işitirler ve öyle bir görürler ki! Ne var ki o zalimler bugün tam bir sapkınlık içindedirler.
Meryem﴾39﴿ Sen onları pişmanlık günü hakkında uyar; o gün onlar bir gafletin içine dalmış oldukları halde ve henüz iman etmemişken iş olup bitecektir.
Meryem﴾40﴿ Yeryüzü ve onun üzerindekiler sonunda yalnız bize kalır ve hepsi bize dönerler.
Meryem﴾41﴿ Bu kitapta İbrâhim’i de okuyup an! Kuşkusuz o, özü sözü doğru bir insan, bir peygamberdi.
Meryem﴾42﴿ Bir gün babasına şöyle demişti: Babacığım! Duymayan, görmeyen ve sana hiçbir fayda sağlamayan bir şeye niçin taparsın?
Meryem﴾43﴿ Babacığım! Sana gelmeyen bir bilgi hakikaten bana geldi, bu sebeple bana uy ki seni düz yola çıkarayım.
Meryem﴾44﴿ Babacığım! Şeytana kulluk etme! Çünkü şeytan, rahmânın buyruğuna uymamıştır.
Meryem﴾45﴿ Babacığım! Allah’ın azabına uğramandan ve böylece şeytanın yandaşı olmandan korkuyorum.
Meryem﴾46﴿ (Babası:) “Ey İbrâhim! Sen benim tanrılarımdan yüz mü çeviriyorsun? Eğer vazgeçmezsen, andolsun seni taşlatırım; şimdi uzun bir süre gözüme görünme!” dedi.
Meryem﴾47﴿ İbrâhim şöyle dedi: “Esen kal! Rabbimden senin için mağfiret dileyeceğim. Çünkü O, bana karşı çok lutufkârdır.
Meryem﴾48﴿ Sizden de Allah’ın dışında taptığınız şeylerden de uzaklaşıyor ve rabbime niyaz ediyorum. Umudum odur ki rabbime niyazımdan eli boş dönmeyeceğim.”
Meryem﴾49﴿ Nihayet İbrâhim onlardan ve Allah’ın dışında taptıklarından uzaklaşınca, biz ona İshak ve Ya‘kūb’u bahşettik, her birini peygamber yaptık.
Meryem﴾50﴿ Onlara da rahmetimizden bağışlarda bulunduk ve onlara hak ettikleri yüksek bir övgü ile anılmayı nasip ettik.
Meryem﴾51﴿ Bu kitapta Mûsâ’yı da okuyarak an. Gerçekten o ihlâslı biriydi, elçi-peygamberdi.

Meryem﴾58﴿ İşte bunlar, Allah’ın kendilerine lütuflarda bulunduğu, Âdem’in soyundan gelen peygamberler; Nûh ile birlikte (gemide) taşıdıklarımız, İbrâhim ve İsrâil’in (Ya‘kūb) soyundan gelenler ve doğruya ulaştırdığımız ve seçkin kıldığımız kimselerden olup, kendilerine Rahmân’ın âyetleri okunduğunda ağlayarak ve secde ederek yere kapanırlar.
Meryem﴾59﴿ Sonra bunların ardından artık namazı kılmayan ve nefsânî arzulara uyan bir nesil geldi. Bunlar elbette azgınlıklarının cezasını bulacaklardır.
Meryem﴾60-61﴿ Ancak tövbe eden, iman eden ve iyi davranışta bulunan kimseler böyle değildir. Bunlar hiçbir haksızlığa uğratılmaksızın cennete; çok esirgeyici olan Allah’ın, kullarına vaad ettiği, onların idraklerini aşan adn cennetlerine gireceklerdir. Şüphesiz O’nun vaadi yerine gelecektir.
Meryem﴾62﴿ Orada boş söz işitmezler, kendilerine yalnız esenlikler dilenir. Orada, sabah akşam rızıkları hazırdır.
Meryem﴾63﴿ Kullarımızdan takvâ sahibi kimselere vereceğimiz cennet işte budur.
Meryem﴾64﴿ (Melek dedi ki:) “Biz ancak rabbinin emriyle ineriz. Önümüzde, arkamızda ve bunlar arasında olan her şey O’na aittir. Senin rabbin unutkan değildir.”
Meryem﴾65﴿ O göklerin, yerin ve bu ikisi arasındakilerin rabbidir. Şu halde O’na sabır ve sebatla kulluk et. O’nun adını almaya lâyık başka birini biliyor musun?
Meryem﴾66﴿ İnsan, “Ben öldükten bir süre sonra sahiden yeniden hayata döndürülecek miyim?” diyor.
Meryem﴾67﴿ İnsan düşünmez mi ki, daha önce hiçbir şey değilken biz onu yaratmışızdır?
Meryem﴾68﴿ Rabbine andolsun ki onları muhakkak şeytanlarla birlikte mahşerde toplayacağız; sonra onları cehennemin çevresinde diz üstü çökmüş vaziyette hazır tutacağız.
Meryem﴾69﴿ Sonra her gruptan, Rahmân’a en çok âsi olanlar hangileri ise çekip çıkaracağız.
Meryem﴾70﴿ Sonra ateşi boylamayı hak edenleri elbette en iyi biz biliriz.
Meryem﴾71﴿ İçinizden, oraya varmayacak hiçbir kimse yoktur. Bu, rabbinin kesinleşmiş bir hükmüdür.
Meryem﴾72﴿ Sonra biz kötülükten sakınanları (cehennemden) esirgeriz; zalimleri de diz üstü çökmüş olarak orada bırakırız.
Meryem﴾73﴿ Kendilerine âyetlerimiz açıkça okunduğu zaman inkâr edenler iman edenlere, “İki topluluktan hangimizin konumu daha üstün ve mensupları daha iyi?” diye sorarlar.
Meryem﴾74﴿ Oysa onlardan önce de daha varlıklı ve daha gösterişli olan nice nesiller helâk ettik.
Meryem﴾75﴿ De ki: “Kim sapkınlık içinde ise dilerim Rahmân ona süre versin!” Sonunda kendilerine vaad olunanı; azabı veya kıyameti gördükleri zaman, konumu daha kötü, askeri daha zayıf olanın kim olduğunu öğreneceklerdir.
Meryem﴾76﴿ Allah, doğru yola gidenlerin hidayetini güçlendirir. Kalıcı olan iyilikler, rabbinin katında hem mükâfat bakımından daha hayırlı, hem de sonuç bakımından daha iyidir.
Meryem﴾77﴿ Âyetlerimizi inkâr eden ve “Mutlaka bana mal ve evlât verilecektir” diyen adamı gördün mü!
Meryem﴾78﴿ O, gaybı mı biliyor, yoksa Allah’ın katından bir söz mü aldı?
Meryem﴾79﴿ Kesinlikle hayır! Biz onun söylediklerini yazacağız ve cezasını uzattıkça uzatacağız.
Meryem﴾80﴿ Onun sözünü ettiği şeyler sonunda bize kalacak, kendisi de tek başına bize gelecek.
Meryem﴾81﴿ Onlar kendilerine bir itibar ve güç vesilesi olsun diye Allah’tan başka tanrılar edindiler.
Meryem﴾82﴿ Hayır, hayır! O putlar onların ibadetini tanımayacaklar ve kendilerine hasım olacaklar.
Meryem﴾83﴿ Görmedin mi? Biz, inkârcıların üzerine kendilerini isyana itip duran şeytanları saldık.
Meryem﴾84﴿ Öyle ise onlar hakkında acele etme; biz onların günlerini sayıyoruz.
Meryem﴾85﴿ Gün gelecek, takvâ sahiplerini seçkin konuklar olarak rahmânın huzurunda toplayacağız;
Meryem﴾86﴿ Günahkârları da suya götürülen sürü gibi cehenneme süreceğiz;
Meryem﴾87﴿ (O gün) Rahmân’ın katında söz ve izin alandan başkasının şefaat hakkı olmayacaktır.
Meryem﴾88﴿ “Rahmân çocuk edindi” dediler.
Meryem﴾89﴿ Hakikaten çok çirkin bir iddia ortaya attınız.
Meryem﴾90﴿ Öyle ki bundan dolayı neredeyse gökler çatlayacak, yer ortasından yarılacak, dağlar yıkılıp çökecek!
Meryem﴾91﴿ Çünkü Rahmân’a çocuk yakıştırıyorlar.
Meryem﴾92﴿ Halbuki çocuk edinmek Rahmân’ın şanına yakışmaz.
Meryem﴾93﴿ Göklerde ve yerde olan herkes istisnasız, Rahmân’a birer kul olarak gelecektir.
Meryem﴾94﴿ O, bunların hepsini kuşatmış ve sayılarını tesbit etmiştir.

Meryem﴾97﴿ Biz Kur’an’ı senin dilinle kolay anlaşılır kıldık ki günahtan sakınanları onunla müjdeleyesin ve inatla direnenleri de onunla uyarasın!
Meryem﴾98﴿ Biz, onlardan önce nice nesilleri helâk ettik. Sen, onların herhangi birinden (bir varlık emâresi) hissediyor veya cılız da olsa bir ses işitiyor musun?
Allah nezdinde Îsâ’nın durumu Âdem’in durumu gibidir.
Ali-İmran﴾33-34﴿Allah, birbirinden gelme nesiller olarak Âdem’i, Nûh’u, İbrâhim ailesini ve İmrân ailesini seçip âlemlere (bütün yaratılmışlara) üstün kıldı. Allah hakkıyla işitmekte ve bilmektedir.
Ali-İmran﴾35﴿Bir zamanlar İmrân’ın karısı şöyle demişti: “Rabbim! Karnımdakini kayıtsız şartsız sana adadım, benden kabul buyur; kuşkusuz sensin her şeyi işiten, her şeyi bilen.”
Ali-İmran﴾36﴿ Onu doğurunca dedi ki: “Rabbim! Onu kız doğurdum. -Oysa Allah onun ne doğurduğunu daha iyi bilmektedir- erkek de kız gibi değildir. Ben onun adını Meryem koydum, işte ben onu ve soyunu kovulmuş şeytana karşı senin korumana bırakıyorum.”
Ali-İmran﴾37﴿Bunun üzerine rabbi ona hüsnükabul gösterdi ve onu güzel bir şekilde yetiştirdi. Zekeriyyâ’yı da onun bakımı ile görevlendirdi. Zekeriyyâ onun bulunduğu yere, mâbeddeki odaya her girdiğinde yanında (yeni) bir rızık bulur ve “Ey Meryem! Bu sana nereden?” diye sorar, o da “Allah tarafından” cevabını verirdi. Kuşkusuz Allah dilediğine sayısız rızık verir.
Ali-İmran﴾38﴿Orada Zekeriyyâ rabbine dua edip dedi ki: “Rabbim! Bana tarafından temiz bir nesil ihsan eyle! Kuşkusuz sen duayı işitmektesin.”
Ali-İmran﴾39﴿O mâbedde durmuş namaz kılarken melekler ona şöyle seslendiler: “Allah’ın bir kelimesini (Hz. İsâ’yı) tasdik edici, efendi, iffetli ve sâlih kullardan bir peygamber olarak Yahyâ’yı Allah sana müjdeliyor.
Ali-İmran﴾40﴿ Zekeriyyâ ise şöyle dedi: “Rabbim! Bana ihtiyarlık gelip çattığı, üstelik karım da kısır olduğu halde benim nasıl oğlum olabilir?” Buyurdu ki: “İşte böyle; Allah dilediğini yapar.”
Ali-İmran﴾41﴿“Rabbim, dedi, bana bir alâmet göster.” Şöyle buyurdu: “Senin için alâmet insanlara üç gün ancak işaretle konuşmandır. Rabbini çok an, sabah akşam tesbih et.”
Ali-İmran﴾42﴿Melekler şöyle demişti: “Ey Meryem! Allah seni seçti, seni tertemiz kıldı ve seni bütün dünyadaki kadınlara üstün eyledi.
Ali-İmran﴾43﴿ Ey Meryem! Rabbine ibadet et; secdeye kapan, huzurunda eğilenlerle beraber sen de eğil.”
Ali-İmran﴾44﴿Bunlar sana vahiy yoluyla bildirmekte olduğumuz gayb haberlerindendir. İçlerinden hangisi Meryem’i himayesine alacak diye kura çekmek üzere kalemlerini atarlarken sen onların yanında değildin; onlar tartışırken de sen yanlarında değildin.
Ali-İmran﴾45﴿Melekler demişti ki: “Ey Meryem! Allah seni kendisinden bir kelime ile müjdeliyor. Adı Meryem oğlu Îsâ Mesîh’tir, dünyada da âhirette de itibarlı ve (Allah’a) yakın kılınanlardandır.
Ali-İmran﴾46﴿O hem beşikte iken hem de yetişkin halinde insanlarla konuşacak ve sâlih kişilerden olacak.”
Ali-İmran﴾47﴿Dedi ki: “Rabbim! Bana bir erkek eli değmediği halde nasıl çocuğum olur?” Allah buyurdu: “İşte öyle, Allah dilediğini yaratır, bir işin olmasını istedi mi ona sadece ‘ol!’ der, o da oluverir.”
Ali-İmran﴾48﴿Rabbin ona yazmayı, hikmeti, Tevrat’ı ve İncil’i öğretecek.
Ali-İmran﴾49﴿Onu İsrâiloğulları’na elçi olarak gönderecek ve o şöyle diyecek: “Kuşkuya yer yok, işte size rabbinizden bir mûcize ile geldim; size çamurdan kuş biçiminde bir şey yapar ona üflerim, Allah’ın izni ile derhal kuş oluverir; yine Allah’ın izniyle körü ve cüzzamlıyı iyileştirir, ölüleri diriltirim; ayrıca evlerinizde ne yiyip ne biriktirdiğinizi size haber veririm. Eğer inanan kimseler iseniz elbette bunda sizin için bir ibret vardır.
Ali-İmran﴾50﴿ Benden önce gelen Tevrat’ı doğrulayıcı olarak ve size haram kılınmış olanların bir kısmının sizin için helâl olduğunu bildireyim diye gönderildim ve size rabbimden bir mûcize getirdim. Artık Allah’a karşı gelmekten sakının ve bana itaat edin.
Ali-İmran﴾51﴿Kuşkusuz Allah benim de rabbimdir, sizin de rabbinizdir. Öyleyse O’na kulluk edin, işte doğru olan yol budur.”
Ali-İmran﴾52﴿ Îsâ onlardaki inkârcılığı sezince, “Allah’a giden yolda bana yardımcı olacaklar kimlerdir?” diye sordu. Havâriler cevap verdiler: “Biz Allah için yardımcılarız; Allah’a inandık, şahit ol ki bizler Müslümanlarız.”
Ali-İmran﴾53﴿“Rabbimiz! İndirdiğine inandık ve peygambere tâbi olduk; artık bizi şahitlerle beraber yaz.”
Ali-İmran﴾54﴿ (Yahudiler) tuzak kurdular, Allah da onların tuzaklarını bozdu. Evet, Allah en iyi tuzak bozucudur.
Ali-İmran﴾55﴿ Allah buyurmuştu ki: “Ey Îsâ! Ben seni vefat ettireceğim, seni katıma yükselteceğim, seni o inkârcılardan arındıracağım ve sana tâbi olanları kıyamet gününe kadar inkâr edenlerden üstün kılacağım. Sonra dönüşünüz bana olacak. İşte, ayrılığa düşüp durduğunuz hususlarda aranızda hükmü o zaman ben vereceğim.”
Ali-İmran﴾56﴿ “İnkâr edenleri dünyada da âhirette de şiddetli bir azaba çarptıracağım; onların hiç yardımcıları da olmayacak.”
Ali-İmran﴾57﴿ İman edip dünya ve âhirete faydalı işler yapanlara gelince, Allah onlara mükâfatlarını eksiksiz verecektir. Allah zalimleri sevmez.

Ali-İmran﴾62﴿İşte bunlar gerçek haberlerdir. Allah’tan başka hiçbir ilâh yoktur. Muhakkak ki Allah, evet O, mutlak güç ve hikmet sahibidir.
Ali-İmran﴾63﴿Eğer yine yüz çevirirlerse, kuşkusuz Allah bozguncuları çok iyi bilmektedir.
Ali-İmran﴾64﴿De ki: “Ey Ehl-i kitap! Sizinle bizim aramızda müşterek olan bir söze gelin: Yalnız Allah’a tapalım, O’na hiçbir şeyi ortak koşmayalım ve Allah’ı bırakıp da içimizden bazıları diğer bazılarını rab edinmesin.” Eğer yine yüz çevirirlerse, “Şahit olun ki biz Müslümanlarız” deyin.
Ehl-i kitap’tan her biri ölümünden önce ona mutlaka iman edecektir
Nisa﴾155﴿ Sözlerinden dönmeleri, Allah’ın âyetlerini inkâr etmeleri, haksız yere peygamberleri öldürmeleri ve “Kalplerimiz kılıflanmıştır” demeleri sebebiyle... Dahası inkârları sebebiyle Allah o kalpler üzerine mühür vurmuştur. Pek azı müstesna artık iman etmezler.
Nisa﴾156﴿ Bir de inkâr etmelerinden ve Meryem’e büyük bir iftira atmalarından;
Nisa﴾157﴿ “Allah elçisi Meryem oğlu Îsâ Mesîh’i öldürdük” demeleri yüzünden... Hâlbuki onu ne öldürdüler ne de çarmıha gerdiler; (başkası ona benzer kılındığı için) şüphe içine düşürüldüler. Onun hakkında ihtilâfa düşenler bu konuda tam bir kararsızlık içindedirler. Bu hususta zanna uyma dışında hiçbir bilgileri yoktur ve kesin olarak onu öldürmemişlerdir.

Maide﴾110﴿ İşte o zaman Allah şöyle diyecek: “Ey Meryem oğlu İsâ! Sana ve annene lütfettiğim nimetleri hatırla! Seni Rûhulkudüs’le (Cebrâil) desteklemiştim de hem beşikte iken hem de yetişkin halinde insanlarla konuşuyordun. Sana yazmayı, hikmeti, Tevrat ve İncil’i öğretmiştim. Benim iznimle çamurdan kuş biçiminde bir şey yapıp ona üflüyordun ve benim iznimle derhal kuş oluyordu. Benim iznimle körü ve cüzzamlıyı iyileştiriyordun. Yine benim iznimle ölüleri diriltiyordun. Onlara açık kanıtlar getirdiğin zaman buna karşı içlerinden inkâr edenler ‘Bu düpedüz bir büyü!’ dediklerinde İsrâiloğulları’nın sana zarar vermelerini önlemiştim.
Maide﴾111﴿ Havârilere ‘Bana ve peygamberime iman edin’ diye ilham ettiğimde onlar ‘İman ettik, şahit ol ki bizler yürekten teslimiyet içindeyiz’ demişlerdi.”
Maide﴾112﴿ Havâriler “Ey Meryem oğlu Îsâ! Rabbin bize gökten bir sofra indirebilir mi?” diye sormuşlardı. O şöyle cevap verdi: “Eğer iman etmiş kimseler iseniz Allah’a saygılı olun.”
Maide﴾113﴿ Onlar “İstiyoruz ki ondan yiyelim, kalplerimiz güvenle dolsun, bize doğru söylediğini bilelim ve buna tanık olalım” dediler.
Maide﴾114﴿ Meryem oğlu Îsâ şöyle yalvardı: “Allahım! Ey rabbimiz! Bize gökten öyle bir sofra indir ki, ilk gelenimizden son gelenimize kadar bizler için bir şölen ve senden bir işaret olsun. Bizi rızıklandır, sen rızık verenlerin en hayırlısısın.

Maide﴾117﴿ “Ben onlara ancak senin bana emrettiklerini söyledim; ‘Benim de rabbim sizin de rabbiniz olan Allah’a kulluk edin’ dedim. İçlerinde bulunduğum sürece onların yaptıklarına tanık idim. Fakat sen beni vefat ettirdikten sonra onların halini bilip gören sadece sensin. Sen her şeye şahitsin.
Maide﴾118﴿ Şayet onlara azap edersen, şüphesiz onlar senin kullarındır. Eğer onları affedersen, hiç kuşku yok sen hem izzet hem hikmet sahibisin.”

Sonra İsrâiloğulları’ndan bir kısmı iman etmiş, diğer bir kısmı da inkâr etmişti. Biz inananları düşmanlarına karşı destekledik, böylece üstün geldiler.

“Allah, Meryem oğlu Mesîh’in kendisidir” diyenler hiç şüphesiz hakikati inkâr etmiş olurlar. De ki: “Eğer Allah, Meryem oğlu Mesîh’i, annesini ve yeryüzünde bulunanların tamamını helâk etmek isterse, kim Allah’ın gücüne karşı durabilir!” Göklerin, yerin ve ikisi arasındakilerin hükümranlığı Allah’a aittir. When will this promise be fulfilled
And they say, “When will this promise be fulfilled, if you are truthful?”( Jonah 48 )
Say, “I have no power to harm or benefit myself, except as God wills. To every nation is an appointed time. Then, when their time arrives, they can neither postpone it by one hour, nor advance it.( Jonah 49 )
Say, “Have you considered? If His punishment overtakes you by night or by day, what part of it will the guilty seek to hasten?”( Jonah 50 )

Have you not considered the notables of the Children of Israel after Moses? When they said to a prophet of theirs, “Appoint a king for us, and we will fight in the cause of God.” He said, “Is it possible that, if fighting was ordained for you, you would not fight?” They said, “Why would we not fight in the cause of God, when we were driven out of our homes, along with our children?” But when fighting was ordained for them, they turned away, except for a few of them. But God is aware of the wrongdoers.( The Cow 246 )
Their prophet said to them, “God has appointed Saul to be your king.” They said, “How can he have authority over us, when we are more worthy of authority than he, and he was not given plenty of wealth?” He said, “God has chosen him over you, and has increased him in knowledge and stature.” God bestows His sovereignty upon whomever He wills. God is Embracing and Knowing.( The Cow 247 )
And their prophet said to them, “The proof of his kingship is that the Ark will be restored to you, bringing tranquility from your Lord, and relics left by the family of Moses and the family of Aaron. It will be carried by the angels. In that is a sign for you, if you are believers.”( The Cow 248 )
When Saul set out with the troops, he said, “God will be testing you with a river. Whoever drinks from it does not belong with me. But whoever does not drink from it, does belong with me, except for whoever scoops up a little with his hand.” But they drank from it, except for a few of them. Then, when he crossed it, he and those who believed with him, they said, “We have no strength to face Goliath and his troops today.” But those who knew that they would meet God said, “How many a small group has defeated a large group by God’s will. God is with the steadfast.”( The Cow 249 )
And when they confronted Goliath and his troops, they said, “Our Lord, pour down patience on us, and strengthen our foothold, and support us against the faithless people.”( The Cow 250 )
And they defeated them by God’s leave, and David killed Goliath, and God gave him sovereignty and wisdom, and taught him as He willed. Were it not for God restraining the people, some by means of others, the earth would have gone to ruin. But God is gracious towards mankind.( The Cow 251 )
These are God’s revelations, which We recite to you in truth. You are one of the messengers.( The Cow 252 )
These messengers: We gave some advantage over others. To some of them God spoke directly, and some He raised in rank. We gave Jesus son of Mary the clear miracles, and We strengthened him with the Holy Spirit. Had God willed, those who succeeded them would not have fought one another, after the clear signs had come to them; but they disputed; some of them believed, and some of them disbelieved. Had God willed, they would not have fought one another; but God does whatever He desires.( The Cow 253 )
“O House of David, work with appreciation,
We bestowed upon David favor from Us: “O mountains, and birds: echo with him.” And We softened iron for him.(The Saba' 10 )
“Make coats of armor, and measure the links well; and work righteousness. I am Observant of everything you do.”(The Saba' 11 )
And for Solomon the wind—its outward journey was one month, and its return journey was one month. And We made a spring of tar flow for him. And there were Jinn that worked under him, by the leave of his Lord. But whoever of them swerved from Our command, We make him taste of the punishment of the Inferno.(The Saba' 12 )
They made for him whatever he wished: sanctuaries, statues, bowls like pools, and heavy cauldrons. “O House of David, work with appreciation,” but a few of My servants are appreciative.(The Saba' 13 )

They became divided only after knowledge came to them, out of resentment among themselves. Were it not for a predetermined decision from your Lord, judgment would have been pronounced between them. Indeed, those who were made to inherit the Book after them are in grave doubt about it.(Şûrâ 14 )
To this go on inviting, and be upright as you were commanded, and do not follow their inclinations, and say, “I believe in whatever Book God has sent down, and I was commanded to judge between you equitably. God is our Lord and your Lord. We have our deeds, and you have your deeds. Let there be no quarrel between us and you. God will bring us together, and to Him is the ultimate return.”(Şûrâ 15 )
Known misconceptions about jihad; The duty of the Prophet is only Tabligh. Muhammad gave this message 1400 years ago.,

And indeed, when We let man taste mercy from us, he rejoices in it; but if evil afflicts him for what his hands have put forth, then indeed, man is ungrateful.( Şûrâ 48 )
And those who associate others with Allah say, "If Allah had willed, we would not have worshipped anything other than Him, neither we nor our fathers, nor would we have forbidden anything through other than Him." Thus did those do before them. So is there upon the messengers except [the duty of] clear notification?( Nahl 35 )
And if you [people] deny [the message] - already nations before you have denied. And there is not upon the Messenger except [the duty of] clear notification.( Ankebût 18 )
And obey Allah and obey the Messenger; but if you turn away - then upon Our Messenger is only [the duty of] clear notification.( Tegâbün 12 )
﴿And whether We show you part of what We promise them or take you in death, upon you is only the [duty of] notification, and upon Us is the account.( Ra'd 40 )
The war against those who do not leave the Kaaba after the preaching of the pagans is jihad.
And from the People of the Book, those who did not take care of Prophet Abraham and who were on the side of the pagan were opposed, the purpose is to remove the pagans from the Kaaba;
And He brought down those who supported them among the People of the Scripture from their fortresses and cast terror into their hearts [so that] a party you killed, and you took captive a party.(Ahzâb 26 )
It is He who expelled the ones who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think they would leave, and they thought that their fortresses would protect them from Allah; but [the decree of] Allah came upon them from where they had not expected, and He cast terror into their hearts [so] they destroyed their houses by their [own] hands and the hands of the believers. So take warning, O people of vision.( Haşr 2 )
O you who have believed, take not those who have taken your religion in ridicule and amusement among the ones who were given the Scripture before you nor the disbelievers as allies. And fear Allah, if you should [truly] be believers.( Maide 57 )
Conclusion
And there are, certainly, among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), those who believe in Allah and in that which has been revealed to you, and in that which has been revealed to them, humbling themselves before Allah. They do not sell the Verses of Allah for a little price, for them is a reward with their Lord. Surely, Allah is Swift in account.(Ali-İmran 199 )
They are not [all] the same; among the People of the Scripture is a community standing [in obedience], reciting the verses of Allah during periods of the night and prostrating [in prayer].(Ali-İmran 113 )
They believe in Allah and the Last Day, and they enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and hasten to good deeds. And those are among the righteous.(Ali-İmran 114 )

And do not argue with the People of the Scripture except in the best manner possible, except those who do wrong among them. And say, “We believe in what was revealed to us, and in what was revealed to you; and our God and your God is One; and to Him we are submissive.”(The Spider 46.)
Likewise, We revealed to you the Scripture. Those to whom We gave the Scripture believe in it, and some of these believe in it. None renounce Our communications except the disbelievers.(The Spider 47.)
